The terms of our service

We provide after-builders, commercial, residential and specialist cleaning services throughout Dublin and surrounding areas, using professional equipment and products.

All quotations are free and without obligation. Prices are confirmed in writing before any work begins. A quotation may be revised if the scope of work changes materially.

A booking request submitted through this website is a request only. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from MC Builders Cleaning Ltd.

Please ensure reasonable access to the property, water and electricity at the agreed time. We reserve the right to reschedule where access is not available.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us by email or mobile (WhatsApp). We ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.

The content of this website (text, photographs, videos and logo) belongs to MC Builders Cleaning Ltd and may not be copied or reused without permission.

You agree not to submit false, abusive or unlawful content through our forms. All forms include spam protection and consent requirements.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care, and as described. If a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, or is not as described, you are entitled to have the service remedied under the Act.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Consumer disputes can be referred to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (www.ccpc.ie) or the courts.

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us and we will deal with your complaint promptly and fairly. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 working days.
