Business Insurance
MC Builders Cleaning Ltd holds Public Liability Insurance and Employer's Liability Insurance, so every project — on construction sites, in commercial premises or in private homes — is fully covered.

Health & Safety
We comply with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and all applicable site safety rules. Every project is planned and risk-assessed before work begins.
All staff complete a full company induction, wear required PPE, and are trained in the safe use of professional machinery, chemicals and manual handling before being assigned to any site.
Employment Standards
All employees work under written employment contracts, receive at least the National Minimum Wage, and enjoy all statutory rights under Irish employment law — annual leave, public holiday benefits, statutory sick pay and rest breaks in line with the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997.
We comply with the Contract Cleaning Employment Regulation Order and operate a fair grievance and disciplinary procedure consistent with Workplace Relations Commission codes of practice. Every employee has the legal right to work in Ireland.
Data Protection & Privacy
Customer and employee personal data is processed in full compliance with the GDPR and Irish data protection law. Attendance and location data for staff is recorded only during working hours, for payroll and site verification purposes.

We work to handover-ready standards for builders and developers, and to the same standard of detail for every commercial and residential customer.

All cleaning products we use are professional-grade, correctly labelled and used in accordance with European chemical safety regulations (REACH) and their safety data sheets.
We use water-efficient professional machinery where possible and dispose of waste responsibly.
