When you submit a form on this website (quote request, booking request, nomination, job application or contact enquiry), we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property details, and any photographs, documents or CV you choose to upload.

We also collect standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited, where cookies are enabled.

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange and confirm bookings, assess free-cleaning nominations, evaluate job applications, and communicate with you about our services.

We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the GDPR consent checkbox on each form, and — where applicable — to perform a service you have requested or to comply with legal obligations.

Uploaded photographs, documents and CVs are stored in private storage and shared only with our team for the purpose you submitted them. We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting service.

We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share personal data only with service providers who host this website and its data under contract, instructed to process it only on our instructions, and with third parties where required by law.

If you work for MC Builders Cleaning Ltd, we also process your personal data as an employer: your contract details, PPS number and bank details for payroll and Revenue obligations, your attendance records and check-in/check-out times, your GPS location recorded during your shift for site verification, your identity and check-in photos for attendance verification, and your payslips.

We process staff data to perform your employment contract, to comply with legal obligations (including tax, payroll and health and safety law), and only where you have consented (for example, your identity photo). Location is recorded only during your working shift through the check-in and check-out process, never continuously outside work.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
