4 hours of free cleaning
One nomination is selected each month — that's one free cleaning of up to 4 hours, one time per month, for a person who truly deserves it.
Please do not upload private or sensitive photographs. Submitting a nomination does not guarantee selection. We will contact the person making the nomination if more information is required.
What is included
The selected person will receive:
- Two professional cleaners
- Up to four hours of cleaning — eight total cleaning hours
- Cleaning products and professional equipment supplied by MC Builders Cleaning Ltd
- Kitchen cleaning: worktops, sink, hob exterior, cupboard fronts and floor
- Bathroom cleaning and sanitising
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Dusting accessible surfaces
- Cleaning reachable internal windows and mirrors
- Cleaning living areas and frequently touched surfaces
- Light decluttering and rubbish placed in household bins
- Changing bed linen, if clean linen is provided by the household
- One small carpet or upholstery stain treatment where suitable
Important exclusions
The free cleaning offer does not include:
- Heavy waste or hoarding clearance
- Pest control
- Mould-remediation work
- Biohazard, trauma or unsafe cleaning
- External or high-level window cleaning
- Moving heavy furniture or heavy lifting
- Full end-of-tenancy cleaning
- Work outside the agreed four-hour visit
The exact work will be agreed after a short assessment, so the cleaning time is used where it is needed most.
